It’s alive! Or at least it’s live. I’ve been debating for ages whether or not to add my random ravings to the vast amounts of stuff that hits the internet every single day. This blog is the result. I realise that I may well be shouting into a big black hole but I wanted a place to keep track of my training that is sufficiently public for me to feel like I need to keep posting, while at the same time not spamming my Facebook or Twitter contacts.
